The CP Training Consortium was originally formed in 1996 to provide Contracting and Procurement training on an outsourced basis to Shell Group companies. Since 2000 however, our client base has expanded significantly and includes organizations from a wide range of industrial sectors, such as telecommunications, cement and utilities, as well as a much broader cross section of the oil and gas sector.
At the same time the range of subjects taught has broadened to include specialist topics from many disciplines that effect most branches of industry, business and commerce. I n some cases our courses are regarded as stand-alone programs, in others as complementing the client's own training programmer. Our faculty of trainers is drawn from a wide network of training providers & independent training consultants. Why CP Training Consortium … ? Our training consultants have all had extensive practical experience in their subjects and possess professional qualifications, as well as having long experience as trainers. Many of them have strong links to academia and possess formal teaching qualifications. Our specialist training consultants who deliver our public courses in the UK are the same people who travel on our behalf to deliver in-house programs for our clients around the world. This has the double benefit that In House training reflects closely the content of our highly regarded public courses whilst our consultants bring their worldwide experience to the public programs.
