Workshop Description The purpose of this workshop is to introduce and practice proven training techniques; to maximize the learning impact, on front line employees. On your feet competence is the main focus of this workshop. At the workshop participants will explore the three roles of a trainer, consider the characteristics of adult learners, develop strategies for dealing with a variety of commonly encountered training, situations, and learn the tools and techniques necessary to become a “Top Trainer.”
Training departments are beginning to realize that people do NOT learn effectively by passively consuming information. It is a waste of training dollars and yields low return on investment.
Participants typically retain 5%-30% of information in average training programs. We show you how to increase retention up to 90% or more.
Our program gives you access to tools, strategies, and techniques orchestrated in a fashion that elevates learning to a new level of experience and efficacy.
The first part of the course consists of 24 hours of stand up training. The final segment is comprised of participant presentations and balanced feedback from the participants and facilitator. This course could be customized to teach more in-depth presentation skills for participants who need additional experience with instructional design, power point presentations, and multi media tools.
The workshop could be extended with extra 16 hours. The extra part is focusing on Web based/ IT based training in general and give access to a toolbox where trainers learn to use the different technologies.
The objective would be to actually design a real time workshop to be delivered to the individual’s team.
