Providing a range of training programmes that are available to Scitron and TLSA clients as a training resource for delivery by their own training teams or subject matter experts. The programme features content that has been developed based on TLSA’s experience of delivering training programmes on leadership, sales management and sales since 1989. The material is comprehensive and easy to use for the trainer and programme delegates. We also offer the option providing a comprehensive T3 program for your trainers to deliver the training.

All programs also include an optional business simulation coaching tool incorporated within the curriculum enhancing the training and offering a valuable interactive learning resource.

Each off-the shelf program consists of the following:

Professionally prepared power point slides

  • PDF file of delegate notes and handouts
  • Trainer guide detailing suggested delivery techniques, activities , timings of each module
  • Delegates manual
  • Optional Business simulation tool
  • Certificates endorsed by the Sales and Leadership academy for delegates when they complete the program

How does the simulation integrate into the program?

A supplementary trainer’s guide is provided with the simulation which details

1- how to manage the simulation
2- how to debrief the simulation
3- how to adjust program timings to integrate the simulation into a two day event
